After construction and finishing work, accessible surfaces need a different approach from daily cleaning. Sunny Beach Housekeeping prepares agreed rooms for furnishing, use or occupancy, with appropriate care for new materials and a scope assessed in advance.
Construction dust removal
Construction dust settles on many surfaces, including less obvious accessible areas. Methods and equipment are chosen according to the dust and the materials involved.

Hazardous dust, asbestos, lead contamination and substances requiring specialist procedures are not included in standard cleaning.
Windows, frames and glass surfaces
Bring light back into the refreshed property. We clean agreed accessible glass and frames of dust, fingerprints and marks suitable for treatment.

Dried building materials are assessed first. We do not use aggressive mechanical methods on delicate glass or coatings without assessment. Work at height and difficult-to-access facade glazing are outside standard service.
Floors and different surface materials
New flooring needs a method suited to its material. We can include dust removal, vacuuming with suitable equipment and washing with compatible cleaning products.

Specialist machine treatment, polishing, sealing and removal of stubborn construction residue are assessed and quoted separately.
Bathrooms after renovation
Bathrooms and toilets may contain dust, grout marks and silicone residue. We agree the tasks and a compatible cleaning method before work.

Cement haze, grout, silicone and other stubborn residues are treated only after assessment. We do not automatically promise to remove every mark without risk to the surface.
Kitchens and furnished rooms
After kitchen or apartment renovation, we clean agreed worktops, sinks, taps, exterior cupboard and appliance surfaces, accessible furniture and kitchen floors. Accessible cupboard interiors can be included by explicit agreement.
Appliance interiors, specialist equipment and sensitive materials are assessed separately.
Hotel rooms and holiday apartments
We prepare agreed hotel rooms, studios, aparthotels and holiday homes after renovation. The service suits completed painting, local repairs, flooring replacement, bathroom refurbishment, furniture fitting and finishing work.
For several rooms or a refurbished hotel floor, we agree a schedule around volume, deadlines and available capacity. Hotels with multiple rooms receive an individual B2B quote after assessment.
Offices, commercial premises and shared areas
We can organise post-renovation cleaning for offices, administrative rooms, retail areas, restaurant dining rooms, receptions, lobbies, corridors, stairs and agreed shared areas of residential buildings.
For larger areas, we assess the equipment, team size, time and specific safety requirements.
When cleaning can begin
Renovation must be completed and the cleaning areas made safe. Before starting, we confirm:
- whether building work is finished in the relevant rooms
- whether paint, grout and other materials are ready for safe cleaning
- safe and unobstructed access to surfaces
- removal of hazardous and bulky construction waste
- availability of water and electricity
- any special requirements for new materials
If renovation continues elsewhere, phased cleaning may be considered under a separate agreement.
Outside the standard scope
Ordinary after-renovation cleaning is different from specialist or construction work. It does not automatically include:
- construction-waste removal or moving heavy building materials
- asbestos, hazardous substances or unsafe building areas
- work at height, roofs or facades
- removal of protective coatings where this poses a risk
- machine polishing, sanding or equipment dismantling
- construction and repair work
Such tasks can only be considered as separate specialist work assigned to suitable contractors.
An individual price for the actual condition
Every renovation leaves different residue. We assess floor area, room count, renovation type, soiling, flooring, dust, windows, equipment and products, access, location, deadline and team requirements. Where needed, we arrange a visit or review supplied photographs.
The price and scope are confirmed before work starts. There is no universal fixed price per square metre. Additional tasks proceed only after agreement.
