Dust, grease and limescale build up through everyday use. We work carefully and systematically in areas agreed in advance, including surfaces outside routine upkeep that can still be reached safely. Our aim is greater cleanliness and comfort where you live, work or welcome guests.
Living rooms and bedrooms
We give everyday rooms and each agreed surface more attention. Methods reflect the materials, furniture and safe access available.

Windows can be included by prior agreement. We clarify their number, size, access and level of soiling.

Floors and accumulated dirt

Machine polishing, sanding, carpet washing, sealing and surface restoration are specialist tasks and are not automatically included.
Houses, villas and holiday homes
Deep cleaning suits preparation before summer, a return after a long absence, an owner's arrival, new tenants or recovery after intensive use. We prepare agreed areas for personal use or subsequent servicing.
Several rooms or properties can be organised on a schedule agreed in advance, subject to confirmed capacity.
Hotel and business premises
Periodic detailed cleaning complements daily upkeep in hotels, aparthotels and business premises. We can cover rooms, holiday apartments, receptions, lobbies, corridors, stairs, shared washrooms, offices and suitable commercial spaces.
For multiple rooms, we prepare an individual B2B quote with a defined volume, schedule and equipment. Specialist kitchens, industrial and hazardous areas are assessed separately.
Cleaning products and professional equipment
The nature of the dirt determines the resources needed. Before treating sensitive surfaces, special floors or stubborn build-up, we agree product compatibility and a safe method.

Heavily soiled properties and specialist tasks
Not all contamination can be addressed with standard deep cleaning. Heavy stubborn build-up, substantial waste, biological contamination, signs of pests, extensive mould, hazardous substances, unsafe rooms and damaged or sensitive surfaces require separate assessment.
A preliminary visit may be needed. Where there is a biological risk or hazardous material, we may decline the work or suggest a specialist contractor. Client and team safety is an essential condition.
An individual quote for the actual work
Deep cleaning takes more work than routine upkeep. Pricing reflects size, room count, bathrooms and kitchens, soiling, tasks, windows, floor condition, products, equipment, team requirements, location and your preferred deadline. Where necessary, we arrange a visit after reviewing the information.
There is no universal fixed tariff or price per square metre. We do not start additional paid work without the client's prior confirmation.

How does deep cleaning differ from maintenance cleaning?
Deep cleaning is more detailed and includes extra tasks defined in advance. Maintenance cleaning aims to regularly preserve the cleanliness already achieved.
Can you clean a heavily soiled apartment?
We consider each request individually. A preliminary visit and safety assessment may be needed; hazardous contamination may not be accepted.
Do you clean windows?
Yes, where safely accessible and included in the agreed scope.
