Pricing for an agreed scope
Pricing depends on property size, room and bathroom count, the level of soiling, tasks and time needed. We also consider visit frequency, location, products, equipment and any additional requirements.
All prices are quoted individually once the work has been clarified. Regular visits may qualify for a contract price.
What maintenance cleaning does not cover
The service does not replace deep cleaning for accumulated dirt, after-renovation cleaning or removal of heavy, stubborn build-up. Hazardous substances, specialist floor treatments, cleaning at height and bulky-waste removal are also excluded.
